- Cross-border real estate transactions: Successful legal representation and protection of an Austrian client in the purchase of a villa in Trieste, Italy.
- General contractor contract: Implementation of a model contract in an internationally operating company.
- Cross-border conflict resolution: Successful completion of a cross-border judicial evidence securing procedure, which subsequently led to a direct economic agreement between the client and the contractor.
- Office building: Comprehensive legal support in the implementation of an office building project. Drafting and negotiating of the general contractor contract, architect and project management contracts.

- Start-up consulting & M&A: Strategic and successful support of an Start-ups in corporate acquisitions (M&A), including the legally compliant structuring and implementation of General Terms and Conditions (AGBs) as well as operational contracts.

Economic criminal law, compliance and criminal defense
- Criminal defense: Consistent representation in criminal law with the achievement of a full acquittal for my client.
- Administrative criminal proceedings (EEffG): Successful defense of alleged violations of the Energy Efficiency Act; complete termination of the proceedings and avoidance of multiple Euro fines for each managing director.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Risk assessment regarding liability in companies and successful Implementation of responsible representatives (§ 9 VStG) to effectively minimize the liability of the respective managing directors.
